Our task was to create a stronger brand presence for client as a community developer in conjunction with the festive seasons. This branding exercise is purposed to bring out a warm message that promotes togetherness and a delightful feeling for the community. Thus, each creative carries the same warm message yet executed in different ways.

A rebranding exercise for the township of Bandar Tasik Puteri with a revamp of the overall image that begins with the abbreviation of the township’s name and positioning it as more community-friendly to the public.

BIG IDEA :
Our big idea derived from the development concept. A concept that connects people and place that is first-of-its-kind in Setia Alam – the new generation hotspot. With that, we introduced something new and exciting to the market and thus our creative expression of ‘feel’ and ‘freedom’ that is reflected in the visuals.

BIG IDEA :
While the development names, architecture and landscapes are inspired from Claude Monet, the founder of French Impressionist painting, our big idea features brushstrokes and the ‘pollen’ effect as a connotation of ‘bringing the arts to life’.

BIG IDEA :
A rebranding campaign that introduces this development as the new T.O.D. (Transit Oriented Development) in Malaysia. Featuring Malaysia’s ‘1st T.O.D. culture’, this relatively new concept was made more interesting when split into 3 stages in which each stage has a main focal point and at the same time, all 3 stages come together as a whole in relation to one another.

This development has quietly been around in the market for a few years. Therefore, we had to rebrand this development by strengthening its brand name. We crafted a new positioning, 4 pillars and a creative concept that are further illustrated in the brand manual.

Lavanya Residences offers one of the most luxurious living lifestyles in Langkawi – from development planning to development features. This boutique development comprises high-rise residences for own stay and investment purposes at an affordable price. Therefore, our creative is based on lifestyle images and mood shots to attract the younger crowd who enjoys the finest lifestyle in Langkawi.

BIG IDEA :
A branding campaign for this new township located in close proximity to the mega PIPC project. This township is positioned as the ideal living environment for everyone including families – especially for those who have come from afar to begin a new life here, thus presenting this development as a new place to call home. A warm and sentimental tone drives the main creative concept.

Complementing our strong market analysis with the development’s unique selling points, we positioned M Centura as ‘the next smart living in Sentul’. That inspired us to use a series of holographic colours to accentuate its boldness along with results-driven messages. The sales outcome was overwhelming.

Development names proposed reflect a naturally serene environment in sync with the ‘Foresta’ series in order to create brand awareness in the market. The main creative is copy-led, bringing out the sought-after benefits of living here in a poetry manner.

BIG IDEA :
A creative that differentiates this product (Tower 2) from its initial phase. ‘Haig Club’ blue was used in all our A&P collaterals as well as highlighting the ambassador of Star Development, Datuk Jimmy Choo in our creative.

BIG IDEA :
A rebranding campaign with the ‘COSMO’ idea as the defining identity presented to the public. Including pillars to strengthen this campaign until the development’s official launch led to massive public awareness and a huge success with over millions of sales achieved in just one day.

BIG IDEA :
CNY was a timely approach for client to sell off their remaining units. The marketing package included additional referral fee, lucky draw prizes and appreciated home value. Taking advantage of this celebration in the Year of the Dog, we named the marketing package ‘Pawsitive Pack’. Our creative was based on positive elements.

BIG IDEA :
Chinese New Year is all about reunion. Therefore, the main creative of our 1st series uses a pair of chopsticks to ‘pick up’ double the rewards. Our 2nd series of creative is inspired by the idea of sending postcards to people when travelling, in relation to the giveaways.

BIG IDEA :
Client’s intention was to give away RM100,000 ang pao rebate to those who purchase a home during this festive period. With that, our creative simply revolved around ‘WE’ as home owners and ‘WANG WANG’ as ‘money’ in Malay and ‘prosperity’ in Chinese.

In conjunction with Seresta’s Soft Launch, client held a ‘cowboy event’ with the need of visual supports. Incorporating Old West elements, we ensured the overall mood and tone of the creative jive with Seresta’s colour palette in a classy yet exciting way.

BIG IDEA :
A full-fledged A&P campaign that brands this township as ‘Puchong’s first-of-its-kind integrated township’. We introduced the ‘fractal’ concept in the creative, which is the first in the market to appear with such a versatile design. The term fractal may also be defined as ever-changing; and in relation to this campaign, to represent the development offering plenty of great excitement visually. What makes this ad exciting is the use of Augmented Reality to bring the ad to life.

BIG IDEA :
Our task was to dress up the sales gallery at Atria Shopping Gallery to increase the walk-in rate during CNY. Complementing the Year of the Monkey, we personalised a Chinese theatre theme with interactive deco on the glass window. The idea was to invite passers-by to ‘count the monkeys’ as part of a mini contest and win a door gift.
